Processing Time
Most orders are produced and ready to ship within 3–7 business days after payment is received and any required artwork has been approved.
Production times may vary depending on:

Custom design requirements
Large or specialty orders may require additional production time. If so, we'll let you know as soon as possible.
Shipping Methods
We ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The shipping carrier and service selected may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Estimated Delivery Times
After your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are typically:

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately. We can update your address only if your order has not yet shipped.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Photos of the damaged product

Photos of the shipping packaging (if applicable)
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

Check around your property and with neighbors.

Shay's Print Shop is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
Local Pickup
If local pickup is available for your order, you will receive an email with pickup instructions once your order is complete. Please wait for confirmation before arriving.
International Shipping
At this time, Shay's Print Shop primarily ships within the United States. If you're located outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please contact us to discuss available shipping options.
