Return & Refund Policy

At Shay's Print Shop, we take pride in producing high-quality custom products made specifically for each customer. Because our products are personalized, please review our return policy before placing your order.

Custom & Personalized Products

All custom and personalized items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged simply because of:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or quantity
  • Spelling or design errors approved by the customer
  • Customer-supplied artwork that prints differently than expected
  • Delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Please carefully review all proofs, artwork, names, dates, colors, and sizing before approving production.

Order Approval

When a digital proof is provided, production will not begin until the customer approves the design.

Once artwork has been approved, Shay's Print Shop is not responsible for:

  • Misspelled names or text
  • Incorrect dates or phone numbers
  • Design placement approved by the customer
  • Colors appearing differently on various screens

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email us at shay@shaysprintshop.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging (if damaged)
  • A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your claim, we will determine whether to:

  • Replace the item at no charge
  • Reprint the order
  • Issue a full or partial refund when appropriate

Production Variations

Minor variations are normal in the custom printing process and are not considered defects. These may include:

  • Slight color differences between digital screens and printed products
  • Minor placement variations (typically within ½ inch)
  • Small differences in garment shades between manufacturers or production batches

Blank Apparel & Non-Custom Products

Blank, non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before production begins.

Once materials have been ordered, artwork has been finalized, or production has started, cancellations may not be possible or may be subject to a production fee.

Shipping

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was made by Shay's Print Shop.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier
